At the ceremony that was held on Sunday, Dr Rouhani travelled from Be’sat Station to Dolat Abad Station.
He was briefed by the project managers and engineers on the construction process and safety measures.
Two other projects, Green Belt Around Tehran Development Plan and Omid Tehran Housing and Commercial Units, were opened by Dr Rouhani through videoconferencing.
