Fierce fighting reported in Gaza’s Nuseirat refugee camp

Palestinian resistance fighters have fought fierce clashes with the Israeli regime’s forces in the northern areas of Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.

According to Al-Aqsa TV, those clashes continued on Thursday morning in Al-Zahra town of Nuseirat, where the Israeli regime bombed residential buildings.

Israeli warplanes pounded the northern and western districts of Nuseirat as well, targeting two mosques, while tanks and armored vehicles entered Salah al-Din and Al Mughraqa streets.

There were no immediate reports of possible casualties.

Palestinian resistance fighters have been engaged in intense battles with Israeli forces in different parts of Gaza since the regime launched its ground offensive on the enclave in late October.

The regime has also continued airstrikes on Gaza, killing at least 33,482 people since the start of the war in early October. Most of those killed are women and children.
