According to the announced program, Iran’s defense minister is scheduled to meet and hold talks with Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. A formal meeting with Azerbaijan’s defense minister is also among the main items on the agenda.
Expanding bilateral defense cooperation, reviewing the latest regional developments, and underscoring the role of regional cooperation in strengthening peace, stability, and mutual confidence are among the key topics expected to be discussed during these meetings.
