Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Saeed Jalili reiterated that Iran will continue its all-out support for Palestinians and their resistance against the Zionist regime of Israel.

"The Islamic Republic of Iran has not changed an iota its stance towards the issue of Palestine and the Palestinian resistance movement," Jalili said in a meeting with Mahmoud al-Zahar, a senior official of the Palestinian Hamas movement, here in Tehran.

Iran considers the issue of Islamic resistance, particularly the Palestinian resistance movement as something being rooted in the Islamic thought, he added.

He stressed that the Islamic Awakening movement in the region has provided a great chance and a unique opportunity for Muslim states, and noted that all Islamic awakening movements have in common the issue of Palestine and confronting the Zionist regime.

Zahar, for his part, said that the Islamic resistance is an inseparable part of the Palestinian belief and it will neither change nor it will have a substitute.

Referring to the integrity and sovereignty of Palestine, the Hamas senior officials said that the entire Palestine "is our land and will not compromise even an iota from our land."
