As Iran's nuclear talks with 5+1 group are ahead, the secretary of Iran's Expediency Council Mohsen Rezaei said suspicious acts are underway by one or two Western countries, the Zionist regime of Israel and a Middle East country to obstruct the upcoming negotiations in Moscow.

According to Khabar Online's political correspondent quoting Rezaei official website, Rezaei who was commenting on the current domestic and international condition of Iran at a session in Tehran yesterday, added: "These acts aim to torpedo the negotiations on the Islamic Republic of Iran's nuclear program. At the same time, the United States is to lay the responsibility of possible collapse of talks on Iran."

"Iranian nuclear delegation [headed by the secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council Saeed Jalili] should be more alert to such conspiracy and obstruction," he said.

Earlier Rezaei suggested that Baghdad meeting was an achievement for Iran in nuclear talks with 5+1 group including the United States, Russia, the UK, France, China plus Germany, and rejected the idea of those who believe the latest round of dialogue with the six world powers came to no result.

"We should look upon the next round of these talks optimistically and broad our political horizon. I'm optimistic that constructive steps will be taken in the upcoming negotiations of Iran with 5+1 group in Moscow," the secretary of Iran's Expediency Council said.

Elsewhere in his remarks, Rezaei referred to the issue of management in the country and asserted: "Development in the executive, legislative and judiciary management of our country is absolutely necessary since at the moment many jobs are taken by those organizations which are not tasked with doing them."

"The present condition of the Islamic Republic of Iran both in domestic and international terms is so crucial. For the same reason, to fulfill the promise they made with the supreme leader of the Islamic revolution [Ayatollah Ali Khamenei], the forces of revolution are ready to fight to the last drop of their blood if it will be necessary," he stressed.

A veteran military figure, Rezaei was the chief commander of Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) from 1981 to 1997 during Iraq's imposed war against the Islamic republic (1980-1988) known as 'sacred defense' in Iran.

On the next Iranian presidential election scheduled to be held in June 2013 and his possible candidacy at the competition, he said: "The forthcoming presidential election is very significant and one cannot be indifferent to the event. But I'm not yet made up my mind whether to run for the election or not. If I make a decision, I will declare that."

"All the possible Principalist candidates should take part in the works and responsibilities of the next government to create a powerful, efficient, faithful to the values of the Islamic revolution, and resolve the ongoing problems of the country," former IRGC commander added.

Rezaei had previously stated that he believes the possible nominees of the forthcoming Iranian presidential election will be unable to shake up the country, therefore unlike the former rounds of the polling, he won't favor any candidate.
