Palestinian and Lebanese forces are strategic forces and a terrifying Tsunami for the Zionist regime, Larijani said at Beirut airport on Friday.
"The power of Lebanese and Palestinian resistance movements is essential for the sustainable peace and security of the region," he added.
Larijani voiced hope that the Palestinian nation enjoys all its legitimate rights in near future.
His remarks came after the Zionist regime of Israel and Hamas agreed on a ceasefire on Wednesday after eight days of intensive war over the Gaza Strip.
Under the deal, the Palestinians and Israelis agreed to end all hostilities against each other.
The ceasefire was implemented after Israel launched a deadly offensive on the blockaded Gaza Strip on November 14, which killed more than 1605 Palestinians and injured some 1,269 others.
In retaliation, Palestinian resistance fighters fired rockets and missiles into the Israeli cities.
