Dushanbe is the first place to which Iran will dispatch its health attaché to develop a health market and to promote health tourism there, Iranian Minister of Heath Bahram Einollahi made the remarks in Tajikistan on Sunday during his visit to the friendly state.
The Islamic Republic is after opening up a market for Iranian medical products in Tajikistan, the minister said, noting that Iran has been capable of meeting 98% of its own needs for medicine.
Further, he referred to the cultural commonalities and the common language of Iran and Tajikistan as ways to widen bilateral relations.
The Iranian health minister is to stay in Tajikistan for two days.
