As a result, according to Article 384 of the Criminal Code, the judge will issue an order to appoint public defenders for the defendants in the coming days," Kazem Gharibabadi said on Wednesday, which marks National Anti-terrorism Day.
“We believe that the world must dispose of terrorist groups, including the MKO terrorist group, and in this way, we will use all necessary measures to prosecute the members of this terrorist group,” Gharibabadi added.
