Afkham underlined Tehran's resolve to expand ties with friendly countries, including Thailand, and said, after restoration of political calm across the South Asian country, there is no barrier in the way of Iranian tourists' trips to Bangkok.
The foreign ministry in a statement in June had asked the Iranian nationals not to make unnecessary visits to Thailand until the return of Thailand's conditions to normal.
