Rabiyee said in the Qatari capital of Doha on Sunday that increasing trade exchanges with neighboring states as well as establishing joint free trade zones and linking to their transportation networks including railways and re-exporting of goods are among Tehran's major priorities.
Rabiyee has traveled to Qatar to take part in inaugural in a specialized exhibition of the Iranian goods in Doha.
In November, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani downplayed the effects of sanctions against the country, and said embargos had taught Iran to prioritize neighbors when expanding economic relations with the world states.
