First Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri said on Friday that a good nuclear agreement will be possible if the West stops making excessive demands.
Jahangiri made the remarks while speaking to reporters when he attended the nationwide rallies to mark the International Quds Day here on Friday.
Commenting on Iran's ongoing nuclear talks with the six world powers, the official said the Iranian negotiating team has already proved that it is among the most skilled experts in the world.
Jahangiri added the Iranian negotiators have managed to maintain their revolutionary attitudes and safeguard the rights of the nation against the powerful countries while remaining faithful to the red lines of the Islamic Republic.
It is needless to say that public support for the negotiating team would add to its zeal to continue with the negotiations in the best spirit, the official stressed.
He added that the talks in Vienna were presently at a complicated and difficult stage given the fact that even the six world countries involved in the negotiations (US, Britain, France, Russia and China plus Germany) had a difficult time making coordination among themselves as well.
Decision making becomes more and more difficult as the talks are inching its final moments, said the vice president.
As for the International Quds Day, he said that as an annual tradition, Iranians take to streets on the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan to voice their support for the oppressed nation of Palestine and other Muslims in the world who are suffering plights.
Referring to the ISIS as one major problem the Islamic world is now confronting, Jahangiri said as the terrorist grouplet is busy shedding the blood of defenseless people in many spots in the Islamic world, so today the Iranian nation will also voicing support for the victims of the Daesh massacres.
