Mohammad Eslami, Iran's Vice President and head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), is in Vienna to participate in 66th IAEA General Conference.
Eslami addressed the IAEA meeting during which he said that the Islamic Republic of Iran is still committed to the 2015 agreement and its remedial measures have been taken in response to the other parties' violations of their obligations. If the other parties abide by the agreement and return to their obligations by removing all obstacles and sanctions, the continuation of Iran's actions will be decided by legal permission from the [Iranian] parliament."
The AEOI chief stressed that there is no undeclared nuclear activity or material in Iran, and all accusations are based solely on fabricated and false information from the usurping Israeli regime. The Islamic Republic of Iran really expects the agency to conduct its reporting, monitoring and verification in a more professional, impartial and independent manner, he added.
He also said that Iran expects the agency to not allow to undermine its credibility, adding that the accusations that were closed in 2015 after the JCPOA was signed.
