The report divides those killed in the unrests into various groups, namely the police and security forces which are called martyrs of security, those killed in the terrorist attacks, and the innocent people who fell victim to plots of anti-revolutionary grouplets that sought to falsely increase the death toll of the protests, as well as those innocent people who were killed in the security chaos plus the seditionists, and the armed members of anti-revolutionary separatist groups.
The report accused BBC Persian and the Saudi-sponsored Iran International TV channels which it referred to as “terrorist media” for deriving the peaceful protests into illegal street unrests.
The rallies were turned into riots and terrorist acts within a short period with the arrival of the network of professional and organized rioters led by the British-Saudi media propaganda, the report said.
It added that direct attacks on security, military, and police sites, raising the death toll among the protesters, destruction of medical centers and ambulances, as well as widespread vandalizing the private and public property, such as municipalities, firefighting vehicles, mosques, and banks were put on the agenda.
The enemy also sought to disturb the public peace and spread unrests on the streets by creating unity among anti-revolutionary groups and inciting the celebrities so as to create a psycho war and falsely increase the death toll, the report further noted.
It also highlighted that the recent unrests inflicted tens of thousands of billions of rials of losses to the state, private buildings, and public property as well, noting that the Ministry of Interior has assigned a committee to assess the losses and determine the way they should be compensated.
