Iran, Saudi FMs meet in Jeddah

Foreign ministers of Iran and Saudi Arabia have met on the sidelines of an extraordinary meeting of the Executive Committee of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

Iran’s FM Hossein Amirabdollahian and his Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud held talks in the Saudi city of Jeddah.

The main agenda of the meeting was mutual efforts to find ways to prevent the Zionist regime’s crimes against the Palestinians and the genocide of civilians in the Gaza Strip.

Earlier, Amirabdollahian held talks with Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Hissein Brahim Taha, as well as some foreign ministers of the OIC member states attending the meeting in Jeddah, including ministers from Indonesia, Kuwait, and Qatar.
