Kabul works to provide better conditions for returning its nationals

Foreign minister of Afghanistan’s ruling Taliban government Amir Khan Muttaqi has said that Kabul works to pave the way for returning its migrated nationals to their homeland as soon as possible by improving economic and livelihood conditions.

In an exclusive interview with IRNA on Sunday, Muttaqi explained the efforts of Afghanistan’s Taliban ruling government to resolve the problems of Afghan migrants and the possibility of returning them to their homeland.

Thanking refugee host countries around the world for accepting Afghan migrants over the years, he called on host countries to return Afghan nationals to their homelands gradually by preserving human dignity.

Muttaqi headed a delegation to Iranian capital city of Tehran at the invitation of Hossein Amirabdollahian, Iran's foreign minister, to participate in the "High-Level Political Consultation on the Palestine Issue" conference.
