The letter comes few days after a sudden decision by the International Olympic Committee declaring Abdulrashid Sadulaev, known as Russian tank, ineligible for Olympic Games due to be held in the French capital this year.  

In his letter to Nenad Lalović, Dabir expressed regret about this decision, stressing that it is considered an interference of politics in sports.
