Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the head of the United Arab Emirates government, and Haitham Al Ghaiz, the Secretary General of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), congratulated President Raisi on the arrival of Eid al-Fitr in separate messages.

In his message, the head of the UAE government also condemned the attack on the consulate of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Damascus, which was a violation of all international laws and customs, and expressed his condolences to the president, the people of Iran, and the families of the victims of this terrorist crime.
