According to Khabaronline, the statement reads as follow :
Such irresponsible stances—which represent a continuation of the United States’ bullying and illegal approach toward the Iranian nation—not only constitute a gross violation of the fundamental principles of the UN Charter and international law regarding respect for the national sovereignty of states but also serve as an incitement to violence and terrorism against Iranian citizens.
Recalling the long history of criminal interventions by various U.S. administrations in Iran’s affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs considers the claims of “sympathy” for the great Iranian nation to be hypocritical, aimed at deceiving public opinion and concealing the numerous crimes committed against Iranians.
Evidence of this historical hostility includes:
Complicity in the planning and execution of the shameful 1953 coup (28 Mordad 1332).
Cooperation with Saddam’s regime during the eight-year war against Iran.
The 1988 shootdown of an Iranian passenger plane resulted in the massacre of 300 innocent civilians over the Persian Gulf.
Complicity and partnership with the Israeli regime in the June 2025 (Khordad 1404) attacks on Iran’s vital infrastructure and safeguarded nuclear facilities, as well as the assassination of Iranian nationals.
Decades of oppressive and inhumane sanctions targeting the fundamental rights and livelihoods of the Iranian people.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs underscores the UN Security Council’s and the Secretary-General’s duties and responsibilities under the Charter to safeguard international peace and security against the aggressive unilateralism of the United States. It further emphasizes that Iranians, through internal dialogue and engagement, will not permit any malicious external interference.
The Ministry views the threatening remarks by U.S. officials as aligned with the Zionist regime’s policy of escalating tensions in the region. It asserts that the Islamic Republic of Iran’s response to any aggression will be swift, decisive, and comprehensive. Naturally, the responsibility for the consequences of such a situation—which could further destabilize the entire region—rests entirely with the U.S. administration.
