Iran advanced to the final of the Beach Soccer Intercontinental Cup on Friday.

The Iranian team beat host UAE 2-1 at the Jumeirah Beach in Dubai, the UAE.

Adel Ranjbar gave the UAE a lead in the 30th minute with a header. Just one minute later Iran managed to score. Mohammad Ahmadzadeh equalized the match, firing a marvelous free kick.

The game would not stay tied for long as Iran scored to go up by one goal again.

Mohammad Mokhtari found the back of the net with a spectacular scissor kick in the 32nd minute.

Iran will face the winner between Russia and Switzerland in the final game on Saturday.
