Politics - Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said on Tuesday that efforts are underway to drive the terrorists out of the city of Idlib in Syria with minimum casualties.

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the Majlis open session, the Iranian foreign minister said during his visit to Syria he held talks with Syrian officials on expansion of relations and cooperation between the two countries.

Talks with Turkish and Syrian officials were underway to pull out terrorists from Idlib with minimum casualty, Zarif underlined.

To attain the goal, Iran will continue talks with Russia, Turkey and Syria to prevent further damage to the Syrian people during pulling out of extremists from Syria, he said.
