A number of cabinet officials welcomed back Raisi at Tehran’s Mehrabad Airport.
The Iranian president headed a high-ranking delegation made up of several cabinet members and ministers, including Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian, during visit to Indonesia.
There, Iranian and Indonesian officials signed eleven documents aimed at expanding mutual cooperation in different fields including energy.
The trip was the first presidential visit between Iran and Indonesia in 17 years. It was also the 12th foreign trip of President Raisi since he took office in August 2021.
