Iran allocates $1.1bn to import medicine in 3 months: Data

The Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran (CBI) has allocated one billion and 100 million dollars for importing medicine, powdered milk, and medical equipment in three months.

According to the Monetary and Banking Research Institute of the Central Bank of Iran on Monday, nearly $ 3.5 billion dollars will be allotted for importing medicine and medical equipment and powdered milk in the current Iranian year (starting March 21).

Accordingly, Iran's CBI has allocated one billion and 100 million dollars for importing the mentioned items in the first quarter of the Iranian year (March 21-June 21).
