Iranian publishers have presented their latest publications in the 22nd edition of Doha International Book Fair held in the Qatari capital.

Some 21 Iranian publishers have taken part in the 10-day event which kicked off at the Doha Exhibitions Center on December 12.

Iran's Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad Hosseini was the special guest of the inauguration ceremony of the book fair, IRNA reported.

A book on Islamic civilization written by Ali-Akbar Velayati, senior advisor to Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, has also been unveiled on the sidelines of the event.

More than 41 countries have participated in the 22nd Doha International Book Fair.
