The chairman of Iran's Majlis (parliament) Legal and Judicial Committee says Iranian lawmakers plan to file a lawsuit against the perpetrators of the assassinations of Iranian nuclear scientists with the international courts of law.

In an  interview with Fars news agency, Allahyar Malekshahi pointed to the confessions made by Iran's enemies about their plans to conduct terrorist activities aimed at halting Tehran’s nuclear energy program.
He noted that the Majlis has established a legal committee to counter the terrorist activities targeting Iran’s nuclear energy program and said, “The committee, which represents the Iranian nation, intends to take legal action against the terrorists with the international courts of law.”

The text of Iran's complaint will be prepared in the near future and submitted to the international judicial authorities, Malekshahi added.
On June 28, Iran's Intelligence Ministry said all the Israeli-linked elements behind the assassinations of Iranian nuclear scientists had been apprehended.
The announcement pointed out that the arrested individuals have also confessed to receiving all-out support from Western intelligence services, particularly the CIA and MI6.
In November 2011, some of the US presidential hopefuls called for conducting covert operations ranging from assassinating Iranian nuclear scientists to launching a military strike on Iran as well as sabotaging Tehran's nuclear energy program.
