Shia stopped the domineering system which was interfering with every aspect of the life of countries, governments, and nations in a cruel and ruthless manner, Ayatollah Khamenei said, adding that the domineering countries confess today that many of their wishes have been ruined by the Islamic Republic.
This is a source of honor for the Islamic Republic and Shia which has been achieved through inspiration from the Imams and the Ahl-ul-Bay of the Prophet (PBUH), the Supreme Leader underlined.
He noted that the flag of the Islamic Republic is the same standard as the prophets' and it has the same inscription on it which reads: “justice and spirituality”.
When you hold up a banner of justice and spirituality as the opposites of force and materialism, it’s natural that some reactions be raised in a world whose conduct is based on force and whose thinking is based on matter, he said.
