The 5th Export Potential Exhibition of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRNA EXPO 2023) started work in Tehran on Sunday and will last for four days.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mehdi Niazi described the exhibition as an outstanding event, saying 1,200 industrialists and businessmen attended it to see Iran’s export capabilities.
The exhibition, he said, is being held in an area of 35,000 square meters in 12 fields.
Niazi added that under its new approach, Iran intends to broaden its export markets, especially to the countries of Southeast Asia, Africa, and neighboring regions.
He also expressed hopes that such events would lead to the signing of MoUs, contracts, and agreements that would in turn bring about a trade boom in the country.
