Intelligence Minister: US-backed Zionist regime organizing terrorists

Seyyed Mahmoud Alavi, who was present on Tuesday in the Iranian parliament, in response to a question of what security measures the Ministry of Intelligence had taken to ensure security and prevent any kind of crisis in 2018, said, 'Today's security situation is different from the previous years. We face the conditions in which the security services of neighboring countries and even far-off countries have been directly engaged against the security of Iran and are supporting terrorist groups in cash, goods and training.'

Alavi stated, 'Over past years, one of supporters of the terrorists had formed a self-proclaimed state, and the terrorists had access to equipped training centers of the Iraqi and Syrian armies, and at these centers there were training. 

He added, 'The terrorists had gained weapons and ammunition in the Syrian and Iraqi armies, today, if the ISIS has lost ground, but it has not lost its weapons and has not laid down arms, the logistical support of the terrorist groups is continuing from the services of the neighboring countries.
