Top Afghan official censures terrorist attack in Iran

Chief Executive of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Abdullah Abdullah on Friday condemned the fatal terrorist attacks in Zahedan in Sistan-Baluchestan Province, southeastern Iran, martyring 27 and injuring a number of other Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) forces.

Addressing a local gathering in Kabul, Abdullah also extended his condolences to Iranian government and nation over the brutal attack.

He added that Kabul condemns the terrorist attacks that occur in all corners of Afghanistan, neighboring countries as well as the world.

Public Relations Department of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) Quds Headquarters in a statement late on Wednesday said 27 were martyred and 13 wounded in the Khash-Zahedan road terror attack.

The statement added the bus carrying IRGC border guards, who were on their way home after the end of a mission, was targeted by a suicide bomber.
