Supreme Leader's website on Thursday wrote that the paramount leader made the appointment regarding competency and rich experience of Hojjatoleslam Raisi.
The website further quoted the Supreme Leader as citing the reason for his appointment as the need for change in Judiciary and vigorous start of a new era deserving the second phase of the revolution.
