Dy FM delivers Rouhani's letter to envoys of parties to JCPOA

Ambassadors of Germany, the UK, China, Russia and France have been invited to Iranian Foreign Ministry on Wednesday.
The letter informed the foreign ambassadors about Iran Supreme National Security Council's decision on scale-down of commitments to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) in reciprocity to US breach of the international deal.
Meanwhile in a separate letter, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif informed the European Union Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini of the details of Iran reciprocal action.
