War to get out of control if Israeli regime not stopped: Iran FM

Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian met Sunday with Qatar’s Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to discuss the issue of Palestine.

On the fourth day of his regional tour, which also took him to Syria, Iraq and Lebanon, Amirabdollahian met with the Qatari emir in Doha to discuss a host of issues, particularly the latest developments in Palestine.

The chief Iranian diplomat met on Saturday with his Qatari counterpart, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani.

During that meeting, Amirabdollahian said the Israeli blockade of the Gaza Strip, including cutting off supplies of water, food and medicine to the besieged enclave, must come to an end.

He thanked Qatar for its firm support for Palestine during the recent developments.

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, 2,329 Palestinians, mostly women and children, have been killed and 9,714 others injured since the Israeli regime began its bombardment of the besieged enclave on October
