Major General Mohammad Bagheri's visit to Muscat will take place at the invitation of his Omani counterpart.
During his visit to Oman, the Chief of General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces is scheduled to meet and hold talks with Oman's high-ranking political and defense officials as well as conduct negotiations for bilateral and regional cooperation.
He will also visit the military and scientific centers of the country.
