Deputy Commander of the Iranian Army's Ground Force Brigadier General Nozar Nemati made the remarks at a ceremony of equipping the 55th Airborne Brigade in Shiraz with modern weapons.
Referring to the army's ground enjoying new military equipment and precision-guided weapons, he said that Iran’s army has achieved a very high level of power to carry out assigned missions.
Iran is now upgrading the ground force of its army from a traditional force to a modern one and has taken large steps in this regard, he added.
Today, Iran's Army ground forces has become agile and aggressive, he said.
The Iranian Army ground force enjoys the most up-to-date specialized brigades, including mechanized and armored, missile artillery, drones, electronic warfare units, rapid response and mobile attack brigades.
