Raisi urges expansion of ties with Philippine, Libya, Bangladesh, India

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi has called for bolstering ties with the Philippines, Libya, Bangladesh, and India, especially in the fields of economy and trade.

That came as new ambassadors from the four countries submitted their credentials to Raisi in Tehran on Sunday.

Referring to the existing mutual potentials between Iran and the four countries, President Raisi emphasized the necessity for serious efforts to activate these potentials to enhance the level of ties in all fields, especially with regards to economic and trade exchanges.

He also wished the ambassadors success in carrying out their missions during their stay in Iran.

The ambassadors, for their part, emphasized their seriousness in pursuing the objectives of their missions and to expand bilateral interactions between their respective countries and Iran.
